Randy Orton is the first man to have secured a spot on the blue brand's Survivor Series team. He defeated Sami Zayn in the main event of SmackDown Live to book his spot.
Sami Zayn faced Randy Orton for the right to be the first person on the SmackDown Live Men's team. Randy Orton was able to win the match, following a distraction by Kevin Owens. Orton hit Zayn with a low-blow and picked up the all-important victory.
Randy Orton is set to take part in the Five on Five Elimination match at Survivor Series,
but prior to that, next week will see Kevin Owens trying to secure his spot on the team. Zayn will possibly try to help his friend and get at least one of them on the men's team.
